Milk Soaked Peanut Butter Cookies

  • 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 big Egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Line a large baking sheet with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper. on hold.

  • In the bowl of a stand mixer or in a large bowl with a hand mixer, beat the peanut butter, white sugar, and brown sugar on high speed for 2-3 minutes until creamy and smooth. Add eggs and vanilla and mix until combined.

  • Using a tablespoon, spoon dough and roll into 1 1/4-inch balls. Place on prepared baking sheets, about 2-3 inches apart. Press down on cookies with a fork, creating a cross-hatch pattern.

  • Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for about 8 minutes.

  • Let the cookies cool completely on the baking sheet before removing. Store in an airtight container.
