All plugins in this recipe are completely optional. If you don’t like raisins, just leave them out! Or better yet, use raisins instead. If you like bacon and cheese, add more! You should make this according to your own personal taste preferences, so feel free to make your own!

raw material

  • 6 cup Fresh Broccoli Crowns
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon (about 6 slices)
  • 1/2 cup diced cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion (about half a small onion)
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup raisin gold or purple

Sauce

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

instruct

  • In a large bowl, combine broccoli, bacon, cheddar cheese, onion, sunflower seeds, and raisins and toss to coat.

  • In a separate bowl, make the sauce. Combine mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, honey, and apple cider vinegar. Stir or whisk ingredients until well combined.

  • Pour sauce mixture over broccoli salad and toss until all ingredients are coated.

  • It can be eaten right away, but it is better if it sits (refrigerated) for 2 hours.
