  • 5 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 2 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dried wormwood
  • 1 pound mushroom slice
  • salt and pepper to try

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 9×13 pan.

  • Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish.

  • In a small bowl, combine Dijon mustard, honey, and tarragon. Brush the chicken breasts.

  • Sprinkle mushrooms over chicken. Season generously with salt and pepper.
