  • 3 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 bunch of fresh cilantro Chopped
  • 2 black pepper minced
  • 1/2 Shallot minced
  • 2 red bell pepper cut into small cubes
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 lemon Juiced

  • Dump your blueberries onto a large cutting board. Give them a rough chop. You’ll be missing out on a lot of berries, leaving you with a nice mix of whole and chopped berries. Put them in a large bowl.

  • Add chopped cilantro, jalapenos, red onion, red bell pepper, salt, and lemon juice. Stir until combined.
