raw material

  • 10 drumstick
  • 5 tablespoon butter

Indian seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon chili
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon White pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili


  • In a small bowl, whisk together all spices for Cajun Seasoning. Store in an airtight container until ready to use.

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease a baking sheet with nonstick spray. Arrange chicken legs on prepared tray.

  • Sprinkle Cajun seasoning on both sides. Let the side with the most meat and skin face up.

  • On top of each drumstick, spread about 1/2 tablespoon of butter over the meatiest part. The butter will melt the entire meat and skin, keeping the meat juicy and making the skin crispy.

  • Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F.
