At some point, I sent myself an email that said, “Recipe Idea: Potato Chips and Cheddar Chicken Strips.” Who knows where the inspiration came from, but it came and it was delicious. this is very simple. Crush some potato chips, add a little cheddar, dip the chicken in the butter, and roll in the mixture. bake. The best part is that you can have absolutely any kind of potato chips. I opted for sour cream and onions, but you can really make it with any flavor. Barbeque, salt and vinegar, one of those novelties like sriracha, or just plain old potato chips. It’s going to be delicious! Yes, I’m dipping it in butter. You don’t think it’s a health food, do you?

2 cups crushed potato chips
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 large chicken breasts, fat removed
1/2 cup butter, melted


1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Spray a 4-sided baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.

2. Combine crushed potato chips and cheddar cheese in a mixing bowl.

3. Cut the chicken breast into strips. You should remove about 6 strips from each breast.

4. Dip each chicken fillet in the melted butter, then roll it in the chip mixture to coat. Put on a baking sheet.

5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 35 minutes, until the skin is browned and the chicken is cooked through.
