  • 1/4 cup salted butter
  • 1 pound baby spinach leaves
  • 4 clove garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg powder
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Heat a large skillet with a lid over medium-high heat. Add butter and melt.
