Flaky Croissant Ham Salad with Lettuce

  • 2 cup diced cooked ham
  • 3 big hard boiled eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon Sweet Pickle Relish
  • 2 tablespoon chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt

  • Roughly chop the diced ham and boiled eggs until almost finely chopped. Transfer to a mixing bowl.

  • Add mayonnaise, vinaigrette, chopped onion, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard. Season with salt and pepper.

  • Stir to combine and season with more salt and pepper. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
