Creamy Oven-Roasted Cauliflower with Garlic and Lemon

Home ยป Creamy Oven-Roasted Cauliflower with Garlic and Lemon

My husband absolutely loves cauliflower. Seriously, he can’t get enough of it. He will eat it raw or cooked. Since we eat so many new dishes here (hello, I’m a food blogger!) I’m always trying new cauliflower dishes. This one in particular is a family favorite. It’s creamy, hearty, cheesy, and cauliflower! Even though I say this recipe serves 4 to 6 people, I admit my husband and myself ate everything. He ate 2/3 and I ate the rest. I told you he loves cauliflower! But what about ordinary people? 4 to 6.
