  • 16 ounce cooked chicken cube
  • 2 rib cage celery minced
  • 1 apple cut into 1/4-inch cubes, about 1/2 cup
  • 1/4 cup golden raisins
  • 1/4 cup almond slices bake
  • 1/4 cup green onions Chopped
  • 1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon Curry powder
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • coriander (optional) chopped for garnish

instruct

  • In a large bowl, stir together chicken pieces, celery, apples, raisins, almonds, and scallions.

  • In another bowl add mayonnaise, curry powder, lemon juice, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Stir until well combined.

  • Pour sauce mixture into bowl with chopped toppings and toss to coat. Let’s chill for a few hours, covered.

  • Serve in lettuce wraps, tortillas, or croissants.
