Decadent S’mores brownies are to die for! They’re loaded with crispy graham cracker pieces and gooey marshmallows. It’s a fun, delicious treat that’s sure to please.

And what’s more satisfying than toasting marshmallows to a golden brown over a campfire? Throw in some chocolate and graham crackers and you have one of my and America’s favorite foods. What? Do you wish you could roast marshmallows and make morels but you can’t? Don’t worry, I’ve got you covered. S’mores Brownies have it all – your favorite homemade brownies, crunchy graham crackers and toast topped with golden mallow. Invite some friends over to your kitchen for a campfire dinner—they’ll all beg for more!

Wouldn’t the marshmallows melt instead of brown?

We can “roast” the marshmallows to a golden brown color by adding them to the brownie after it’s baked and using the oven. Be extra careful at this step as the marshmallows can burn easily if left too long.

Can I use a boxed brownie mix?

Yes, of course I prefer homemade, but boxed mixes work just as well. Prepare box mix as directed and pour over graham crackers. Bake as directed, then add toppings and bake.

Pro tip: Be sure to line your pan with parchment paper. Not only will this keep your brownies from sticking together, but it will also create a nice little carrier that allows you to easily place your brownies on a solid board. This is especially important for recipes like this one that involve some gooey layers.

raw material

  • 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp salted butter melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 big Egg
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Melted Milk Chocolate Chips
  • 3/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 9 all Graham Crackers
  • 10 ounce miniature marshmallows
  • 2-3 all hershey’s chocolate bar


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a 9×9 metal pan with parchment paper. Spread the bottom of the pan with half of the graham crackers.

  • Make the brownies: Pour the melted butter into a large mixing bowl. Beat in sugar by hand until smooth (30 seconds). Add eggs and vanilla extract. Stir for 1 minute. Stir in melted chocolate until well combined. Using a rubber spatula, stir together flour, cocoa powder, and salt until fully combined.

  • Pour graham crackers into prepared pan and smooth.

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, until the brownies are cooked through. Meanwhile, break remaining graham crackers into small pieces. Do the same with the chocolate bars.

  • Remove from oven and sprinkle the brownies with cookies, chocolate chunks, and marshmallows.

  • Return the pan to the oven about 8 inches below the broiler element. Watch carefully until marshmallows are browned (about 2 minutes).
