Seriously, folks, this is the most versatile recipe to keep your hands up. The basic recipe is made using only 4 ingredients you probably already have in your pantry and refrigerator. From there, you can dress it up however you want.

    • Fill with sliced ​​bananas and whipped cream, then drizzle with caramel.

  • 2/3 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 Egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 5 tablespoon butter for cooking

  • In a large bowl, whisk together flour and salt. Add eggs and stir to combine.

  • Slowly pour in milk, stirring until a smooth, pourable batter forms.

  • Heat a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Let 1/2 tablespoon of butter melt in the pan.

  • Pour a little of the crepe batter into the pan and swirl to coat the bottom of the pan. Cook for about 1 minute, until the surface loses its luster. Carefully flip over.

  • Repeat until all batter is used, melting an additional 1/2 tablespoon butter for each batter. This recipe makes about 5 large 10-inch pancakes, or 10 smaller pancakes.
