Using high-quality white chocolate is essential to making the best peanut butter fudge. Some of our favorite premium brands are Callebaut, Bakers Premium, Mercens and Lindt.

If you’re looking for a low-sugar alternative, ChocZero White Chocolate Chips are a great choice.

How do you make microwave fudge?

All ingredients can be mixed directly in the microwave safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second increments, stirring in between. Microwaving for too long or too long can cause the chocolate to burn and become grainy and difficult to handle. When you stir the ingredients, they will continue to melt outside the microwave, so it’s best to simply stir until only small pieces are left.

Can I add peanuts to the crunchy peanut butter fudge?

Yes! You can totally stir peanuts into this peanut butter fudge recipe for a crunchy bite. Add 1/2 cup roughly chopped peanuts to the fudge mixture before pouring into the pan to refrigerate.

Sweetened condensed milk:

Using sweetened condensed milk is absolutely critical to making a perfectly smooth fudge. It works every time and provides the perfect level of sweetness.

Storage Instructions:

Fudge should be stored in an airtight container. I like to use plastic storage containers or resealable plastic bags, but you can also wrap them in aluminum foil. Fudge can be kept at room temperature, but will last longer in the refrigerator. It will keep for about 3 weeks in the refrigerator.
