Which cucumbers should I use for Easy Creamy Cucumber Salad?

English cucumbers have a stronger flavor and fewer seeds, making them great for cucumber salads. If you don’t have English cucumbers, you can use regular seedless cucumbers. Since they are smaller, you will need to double your usage. We do not recommend using seeded cucumbers in this recipe.

Should you peel cucumbers?

There is nothing harmful about cucumber rinds. In fact, it can be a great source of fiber and nutrients. If you don’t like the skin of cucumbers, take the time and effort to peel it. But for those who love it, just give the cucumber a quick rinse and slice it!

Fresh vs. Dried Dill:

Fresh dill is highly recommended in this recipe for its extra flavor. If fresh dill is unavailable or unobtainable, dried dill can be used, but only in small amounts. All you need is 2-3 teaspoons of dried dill.
