Enjoy some island flavors with this Hawaiian-inspired baked brie. Gooey melted Brie is wrapped in coconut and macadamia nuts and topped with a mango pineapple sauce to love!

  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup Pineapple small dice
  • 1 cup mango small dice
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 12 oz wheel Brie cheese
  • 1 big egg
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped macadamia nuts
  • 1/4 cup Sweet Shredded Coconut


  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet or small baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

  • Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium high heat. Add the pineapple, mango, ginger, and honey and cook for 5 to 7 minutes, until the pineapple slices are golden and caramelized.

  • In a small bowl, whisk eggs and heavy cream until smooth. In another small bowl, stir together macadamia nuts and shredded coconut.

  • Roll Brie in egg mixture until outer rings are coated. Roll in the nut mixture and place the brie wheels on the prepared baking sheet.

  • Use a sharp knife to cut off the top rind and discard. Spoon the pineapple-mango mixture over the exposed cheese.

  • Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 15 minutes, until cheese is warmed through and melted. Serve with biscuits or crusty bread.
