So it’s a new year and you all resolve to eat better and avoid fatty fish. That’s cool. We all do. But now you find yourself thinking about that apple pie you ate a few weeks ago. You might even rationalize that it really doesn’t look so bad on your lap. stop. you have this! I’m going to give you a little apple pie smoothie recipe that will make your life so much better. It’s just fruit, almond milk, and spices. Easy and healthy! Serve it as a delicious breakfast, afternoon treat, or even dessert. Eat healthy and feel better!

The biggest problem I have when making smoothies is not having enough liquid. If you don’t add enough liquid, your blender won’t be able to blend it all, especially if you’re using frozen ingredients. Start by adding enough liquid so that 3/4 of the fruit is covered in liquid. If it doesn’t blend easily, add more. If you’re using all frozen ingredients, you may need to completely cover the fruit with liquid to mix thoroughly.
