  • 2 (6 oz can) tuna, drained
  • 1 Ribs Celery minced
  • 2 tablespoon chopped red or sweet onion
  • 1/3 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/2 avocado diced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoon whole grain mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • pinch garlic powder


  • In a mixing bowl, toss together tuna, celery, and red onion.
