Heavenly 7 Layer Bars are filled with chocolate, butterscotch, and goodness. They’re crunchy, sweet, and easy to make. Your family will love them!

We love desserts that can satisfy a crowd. If it can be made in a 9×13 pan, we’re screwed. You see, we’re the kind of family that doesn’t want to just have a small portion of dessert, and we want to have the option to go back for seconds without having to fight with the kids over who gets it. The 7-layer chocolate bar gives you the crunch and chocolatey, coconut flavor you crave. Trust us, it’s addictive.

Salted Butter vs. Unsalted Butter:

We highly recommend using salted butter for this recipe. If you need to use unsalted, you will need to add 1/4 teaspoon of salt to the melted butter.

nut:

We know nut allergies are real, so many people skip nuts to be on the safe side. The pecans in this recipe are completely optional and can be omitted for any reason.

coconut:

We love the extra texture and sweetness the coconut brings to this dish. If you don’t like coconut, you can always leave it out.

Alternatives to Paradise 7 Tier Gold Bars:

Make a Nutella on this recipe and use peanut butter chips instead of butterscotch chips and peanuts instead of pecans! It’s amazing!

Service Description:

You’ll want to let the strips fully set before slicing and serving. Either let them cool in the refrigerator or leave them for a few hours.

Storage Instructions:

Store any leftovers in an airtight container or zip lock bag for up to 5 days.
