Make healthy fruit snacks at home! These easy-to-make treats are packed with fruits and vegetables for added nutrition. Your kids will love them!

We’re less than a week away from school! oops! We decided to spend our last summer afternoon in the kitchen making lunch boxes for the kids. These fruit and vegetable snacks are right up our alley. Now, they’re more like really chunky chunks of jelly than your normal boxed fruit snacks, but then again, these things are actually made from real fruits and veggies, so of course they’re going to be a little different. My kids love them, they are so much fun.

How long will these last in the fridge?

These will last up to 2 weeks when stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

How much spinach should I add?

The amount of spinach added will affect the color of the fruit snack. If you add up the whole 4 cups, you’ll end up with a messy deep purple, almost brown, so take that into account.
