One of my favorite cold beverages to make is a smoothie. They are so easy and so delicious! I have several different smoothie recipes that you can find on my blog here and here. One of our favorites is this salted caramel version. It’s sweet and cold, and very tasty. The secret is to add a little chocolate sauce to it. Believe me, it makes all the difference. Frappes take only minutes to make, so save your money and make them at home.

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon chocolate topping
  • 2 tablespoon Salted Caramel Topping
  • pinch Salt
  • 12 ice cubes

instruct

  • In a high powered blender, combine milk, vanilla, sugar, chocolate topping, salted caramel topping, and salt. Beat on low speed for a few seconds until combined.

  • Add ice cubes and blend until smooth.

  • (Optional) Top with whipped cream and extra caramel sauce.
