Roasted Chicken Drumsticks with Honey Sauce and Garlic Sauce, delicious enough to lick your fingers! A homemade Honey Garlic BBQ Sauce to slather on chicken thighs with an easy cooking technique!

You’ll love a good finger-licking drumstick, especially when it’s slathered in BBQ sauce. You can eat with your hands, bite meat with your teeth, and tear it from the bone, all while growing a BBQ sauce beard. It’s raw and delicious. Nothing reminds you of your place on the food chain like eating meat off the bone, right?

Variations of this BBQ sauce can be found in my Slow Cooker Cookbook Yes You Can Order Now yes, this is awesome. All of my taste testers ate their fill during the writing of this book and were eagerly anticipating it, and now you can too!

Chicken thighs are one of my favorite quick meals. They’re as easy as seasoning, baking, and serving. This time I’m asking you to make a quick homemade BBQ sauce. A little extra love and bubbly would go a long way, so I let you add another layer of sauce to the bake. So we call them as easy as foam, bake, foam, bake, serve. This sauce will keep everyone at the table savory and finger-licking along the way. Serve with napkins, of course! Unless you grew up in a barn, then more power to you!

Goosebumps Tips:

When you buy chicken with the skin on, it’s usually with the skin folded back. However, if you want crispy, tasty chicken skin, you need to pull the skin back onto the meat. This also helps retain moisture and keeps the chicken from drying out. It’s easy. Just pull the skin over the meat so the skin is taut again.

Then you can put your chicken out and it looks nice and neat ready to be seasoned and cooked! The same thing applies to any skin-on chicken. Pull the skin back on the flesh!
