  • 2 pound Brussels sprouts trim and halve
  • 3 tablespoon Honey
  • 4 tablespoon melted butter
  • salt and pepper to try

  • Preheat oven to 475 degrees.

  • Spread Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a 4-sided baking sheet. Drizzle with honey and melted butter. Season with a little salt and pepper. Use less salt and pepper, you just want to taste every bite.

  • Bake in preheated oven until sprouts are tender, about 15-25 minutes (depending on the size of the Brussels sprouts).
