Drizzle it with a quick seasoned garlic butter sauce and bake it in the oven. Put some steak on, add more butter sauce, and finish cooking. It’s that simple! Now I give the whole recipe to…

I used five different colorful vegetables in this recipe. They both cook at about the same rate, so they are a perfect match. Have a picky eater? You can always substitute vegetables to suit your own personal taste preferences. You can also separate the veggies on the pan so picky little eaters can easily eat only what they want.

Can I use more than 2 steaks?

Need more than two steaks? That’s easy! Wear a few more! This recipe can easily be extended to more foods as well. Any more than 4 steaks and you’ll need to double the butter sauce and veggies before pulling out a pan.

Pro Tip: Cut Vegetables by Cooking Time

When cutting vegetables, make sure to cut them to the dimensions listed in the recipe. This will keep the cooking time about the same so you don’t end up with crunchy and soggy vegetables. Peppers and onions need to be cut into about 1-inch pieces, while carrots need to be cut about 1/8-inch thick.
