Place them on a baking sheet lined with plastic wrap and cover with plastic wrap. Freeze for 1-2 hours to firm up, then wrap the burgers again in another layer of aluminum foil. They will keep in the refrigerator for up to 3 months. Let the burgers thaw overnight in the refrigerator before cooking.

Storage and Reheating Instructions

  • 1 big egg
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

  • Divide the mixture into 4 portions and form into patties.

  • Place the patties in the air fryer basket or rack, working in batches if necessary. Set the temperature to 375-380 degrees Fahrenheit.

  • Cook the pie for 5 minutes, then flip and cook for another 4-5 minutes. If you want melted cheese, add it at the last minute of cooking.
