  • 1 cup salted butter soften to room temperature
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 big Egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 cup Orange Chip Candies diced
  • 2 cup instant oatmeal
  • 2 cup shredded coconut

instruct

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly line a baking sheet or baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • In a large mixing bowl, cream butter, brown sugar, and sugar using a hand mixer, about 2 minutes.

  • Add eggs and vanilla extract and mix well.

  • Add flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt and mix well.

  • Cut the orange slices into small pieces. Fold into cookie dough with oats and coconut flakes.

  • Roll into 1 1/2 to 2-inch balls and place on prepared baking sheet.

  • Bake in preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes, until lightly browned on top.
