This is my family’s all-time favorite popcorn recipe! Here’s an easy recipe that makes delicious, sky-high popcorn every time!Recipe adapted from good housekeeping

  • 2 cup milk I use whole milk

  • 2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

  • Divide batter evenly among prepared muffin tins and transfer to 450F oven*.

  • Bake at 450F for 20 minutes, then without opening the oven door, Reduce heat to 325F and bake for another 15 minutes.

  • Remove from the oven and serve immediately – these are delicious with butter!

*Important tip! Place a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper or foil under your popcorn pan or muffin tin. As the batter bakes, the butter tends to spill over the sides and can drip onto your oven, causing lots of smoke and a messy oven. Avoid this and place a pan underneath for easy cleanup.
