  • 4 part sea ​​bass
  • 2 tablespoon butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon i am willow

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, melted butter, soy sauce, ginger, and remaining lime juice. Put the fish in a shallow dish and pour over the marinade. Turn the fish over until every piece is coated. Place in the refrigerator until ready to cook, no more than 15 to 20 minutes.

  • Combine diced avocado, chopped jalapeño, minced garlic, juice of 1 lime, and cilantro in a small bowl to make the avocado “salsa.” Add a pinch of salt. Stir together and set aside.

  • Heat a large, heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the sea bass skin-side down first (if your fish has skin). It will take about 4 minutes per side to fully cook through (actual cooking time will depend on the thickness of the fillet). The fish is done when it can be easily flaked with a fork.

  • Sprinkle with avocado salsa when serving. Season with extra salt and garnish with red pepper flakes (optional).
