Just 7 easy ingredients to make these delicious Quick Roast Lemon Chicken Tenders. Serve straight or with salad or pasta. It’s easy!

This is a recipe I have used for over 10 years. Chicken tenders are great because they cook quickly, especially on the grill. This is one of the easiest dinners I have up my sleeve. Technically, you don’t even have to marinate the chicken if you’re in a hurry. It’s delicious if you end up throwing it on the grill right away too. If you don’t have an outdoor grill, don’t worry! Just use an indoor baking dish. You can buy the baking pan I use here. It’s very convenient and I use it a lot.

Serve it with some veggies and call it good. Throw it in a pita with some sliced tomatoes, cucumber, and a little vinaigrette, and you’ve got yourself a sandwich. Throw it on some lettuce and you have a salad. Versatile and simple. You can even throw it into pasta. This recipe is pretty much why I keep lemon pepper on my spice rack. As easy as possible!
