I already know that I’ll go to the grocery store first to refill my milk and fresh fruits and veggies, and then I’ll spend the day procrastinating on piles of laundry. Quick-prep meals come in handy, but slow cookers take forever, right? It’s not like this. Look, I went to the grocery store to buy tenderloin. They cook in 3 to 4 hours.This means I can still take advantage of the convenience of the slow cooker while I catch tv show do the laundry. If the family is lucky, they might even get a side salad. It’s time to get back to normal life and enjoy the brief moments of the last few weeks of summer.

Cooking time: 3 to 4 hours on high

1 pork tenderloin
1/4 cup Worcestershire
2 TB.red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 white onion, halved


1. Put the pork tenderloin in slow cooker. Pour the Worcestershire sauce and red wine vinegar over the tenderloin.

2. Sprinkle the garlic powder, salt and pepper over the tenderloin. Sprinkle sliced ​​onion on top.

3. Cook on high heat for 3 to 4 hours. or on low for 4 to 5 hours.
