Are you ready for one of the easiest appetizers ever? 3 ingredients, minimal prep, and surprisingly hearty filling. This recipe came about at a family Christmas party a few years ago. Someone has leftover cherry tomatoes in the kitchen, and someone else is making stuffed mushrooms. I combine the two and hope for the best. It turned out to be something very tasty. Take a bite and the acidic tomato inside will surprise you.
