Everything you love for breakfast in one easy pan. Breakfast at Sheepherders is simple but delicious, with hash browns, bacon and eggs.

Here’s a great one-pan breakfast that combines hash browns, onions, bacon, and eggs all in one skillet. It’s so simple, yet so delicious. It can be eaten straight or with toast. Either way, it’s delicious and requires very little effort. It’s actually a very popular breakfast when camping, but there’s nothing stopping you from enjoying it at home these days.

If you don’t have an oven-safe pan, or don’t want to use the oven, you can always cover the pan with a lid or aluminum foil to trap the heat inside and cook the eggs. This may take additional time.

raw material

  • 1/2 pound bacon Chopped
  • 1 white onion diced
  • 15 to 30 ounce Frozen Hash Browns
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 6 big egg
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • fresh cilantro for decoration

  • In a large oven-safe skillet, cook onion and bacon over medium heat until bacon is crisp.

  • Add hash browns and season with salt and pepper. Cook 7 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are cooked through.

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  • Spread cheese over hash browns. Use a spoon to make 6 small holes in the potato mixture. Break the eggs into holes.

  • Transfer skillet to oven and cook for 10 minutes, until egg whites are set.

You can use diced or shredded hash browns in this recipe.
