Do you find yourself in a dilemma where you’re craving chocolate chip cookies but don’t want to turn on the oven? I have your solution. These chocolate chip cookie bars are an easy and oven-free solution to your cravings. It is a cross between a blonde and a chocolate chip cookie. I used a combination of white chocolate chips and mini chocolate chips, but feel free to use any combination you like! Peanut Butter Chips, Butterscotch Chips, Toffee Bites, or even your favorite crushed sugar bits can be a wonderful treat. The possibilities are endless!

raw material

  • 1 cup salted butter melted
  • 2 cup brown sugar tightly packed
  • 3 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 big egg
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 cup chocolate chips any taste

instruct

  • Line a slow cooker with aluminum foil to create a foil bowl.

  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk melted butter and brown sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and eggs and beat again until smooth. Add salt and flour and mix well.

  • Pour batter into bottom of slow cooker lined with foil. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Place a paper towel under the lid of the slow cooker.

  • Cook on high for 2 1/2 to 3 hours, until set in the middle. Use aluminum foil to remove cookies from slow cooker. Chill for at least 1 hour before cutting and serving.
