Slow Cooker Spinach Artichoke Dip

Home » Slow Cooker Spinach Artichoke Dip

The Spinach Artichoke Dip is cheesy, creamy and full of flavour. Thanks to our beloved slow cooker, this recipe is so quick and easy. You will love this!

Today we’re recreating one of our favorite appetizers, slow cooker style. We love our original cheesy spinach artichoke dip, but everyone loves the slow cooker. They allow us to throw things together easily, and the slow cooker makes something delicious. The mistake that can be made here is that not everything is suitable for the slow cooker, sometimes you just have to do it the old fashioned way.

Luckily for all of us, Spinach Artichoke Dip is made for the slow cooker. Get everything ready in the morning and get on with your life! Come back hours later and your home is filled with the most amazing smells. We really can’t get enough, and neither can you. You’ll look for any possible excuse to whip up a batch of this, but if you find yourself eating this on a Tuesday night alone with a wooden spoon, we won’t judge. We’re going to do exactly the same thing.

  • Fresh vs Frozen Spinach:

It all depends on which you prefer, fresh or frozen spinach. If you want to use frozen spinach, you only need 5 ounces which equals the 10 ounces of fresh spinach called for in this recipe. Make sure frozen spinach is completely thawed and drained before using.

  • Our favorite Slow Cooker Spinach Artichoke Dip:

There are tons of great Spinach Artichoke Dip Spoons! Serve it in a bread collection with chunks of sourdough bread, pita bread, toasted baguettes, or even crackers or tortilla chips. If you want something light, the crisp raw veggies are delicious too!

  • Storage and Reheating Instructions:

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. If needed, reheat in a saucepan on the stovetop over medium-low heat until heated through.
