Southwest Hawaiian Roll Turkey Sliders are delicious, easy to make, and great for a crowd. Layers of turkey, pepper jack cheese, and green chilies are sandwiched between Hawaiian rolls and drizzled with a buttery sauce. Oh, that spicy mayonnaise!

I have to say, I’m a huge fan of Hawaiian roll sliders.I fell in love with them the first time I ate them Ham and Swiss Version。 They’re super easy to make and definitely crowd-friendly. There are so many different versions out there, and some really great recipes.

I decided to give them my own flavor with flavors I like. It starts with a quick spicy mayo. Add some spices to the mayonnaise and mix well. This is spread on the bottom plate of the Hawaiian roll. Then top it with layers of pepper jack, turkey, and green chilies. Of course, you wouldn’t have these sliders without a delicious buttery sauce!

Southwestern Hawaiian Roll Turkey Sliders in a Glass Pan

Do I have to use Hawaiian rolls for this recipe? No! I’ve also made them with my famous homemade rolls and they are also delicious. If you don’t have a bunch of rolls that stick together, you’ll just have to slice and assemble them individually. Not too easy or convenient. But it still works!

I also have a homemade recipe if you want to make your own Hawaiian Sweet Rolls. I love the added sweetness in this recipe, it provides a nice balance to all the saltiness involved in these sliders.

If you can find Cajun style turkey at your deli counter, I highly recommend using it in this recipe. It adds some extra flavor and I love those bold flavors so if you can swing it, definitely give it a go! I’ve also been known to use buffalo chicken breast sliced from the deli. Super delicious!
