I am so excited about this recipe. I like to find healthy spreads and spreads. This is great. It’s delicious, has a little heat, and is super healthy. We spread ours on bread and it was really good. I used it to dip some veggies the next day. delicious!

- 1 1/2 pound radish
- 1 cup water
- 4 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 2 clove garlic broken
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon chili
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder

Peel carrots and cut into 1/2-inch pieces.

Bring 1 cup of water to a boil in a medium saucepan over high heat. Put the carrot cubes in, cover with a lid, turn down the heat and steam for 10-15 minutes, until the carrots are soft.

Drain the water from the carrots and place in a food processor or blender. Add olive oil, vinegar, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, cayenne, and ginger. Blend until smooth.

Serve cold as a spread or dip for bread. Garnish with chopped cilantro or feta cheese (optional).
