A thick, creamy smoothie made with avocado. This Sri Lankan Avocado Smoothie is a decadent dessert. Drizzle a little chocolate sauce on top and you have something amazing!
We recently ate at a Sri Lankan restaurant called The Banana Leaf in Provo, Utah. Everything we tasted was delicious. This restaurant is known for their avocado smoothie, which I know can be easily replicated at home. With a few experiments, I think I’ve replicated their delicious shakes pretty well. This proves that avocados can certainly be enjoyed as a dessert. This is a delightful green dessert. You can enjoy it thick like a milkshake or diluted a little. So go ahead and make this Banana Leaf Avocado Smoothie and let me know how you like it!
