Sriracha Honey Glazed Bacon Wrapped Pineapple is a winning appetizer! Bacon is wrapped around pineapple, and a sweet, smoky sriracha-honey sauce coats this spectacular morsel.

This sweet and smoky appetizer is enough to wake up your taste buds and make your mouth water. Wrap some pineapple with a little bacon, top it with a little sweet sauce to sweeten it up and you have a simple little appetizer that is both sweet and savory, and I even added some spice. love it!

The first time I made this was for a sweet themed party. I wanted to add a savory element and this recipe was born. It was a huge hit! In fact, it stole the show. Turns out people love it like all candy! Since then, I’ve taken it to many parties with great results every time. Just be sure to get a fresh one out of the oven because they’ll be gone before you know it.

sriracha Honey Bacon Wrapped Pineapple

Bacon wraps pineapple and smothers it in a sweet, smoky Sriracha honey sauce in this spectacular appetizer.

Preparation time 15 minute

raw material

  • 1 fresh pineapple cut into pieces
  • 1 pound thick cut bacon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1 lime Juiced
  • 2-4 teaspoon Sriracha Sauce
  • 2 teaspoon i am willow
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro stalks
  • 2 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves for decoration

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease a 4-sided baking sheet.

  • Cut the bacon in half so you have twice as many strips to use. Wrap each pineapple chunk in a slice of bacon and place, seam side down, on the prepared baking sheet.

  • In a small bowl, whisk together brown sugar, honey, lime juice, sriracha, and soy sauce. Pour each bacon-wrapped pineapple over the top. Sprinkle cilantro stalks on top.

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the bacon is crisp.

  • Insert a toothpick into each bite for easy serving. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
