Strawberry Kiwi Lemonade is a fun twist on a summer classic. Strawberry puree and kiwi add amazing color and flavor to this homemade lemonade. You will love it!
We’re kicking off summer with a delicious Strawberry Kiwi Lemonade. Homemade lemonade is a piece of cake and far better than anything you can buy. The same principle applies to any kind of fruity lemonade you can think of. Raspberry lemonade? Just use raspberries instead of strawberries and kiwis. it’s great. All you need is your base simple syrup (equal parts water and sugar), another equal part lemon juice, then fruit and water. Super easy!
We like to make a big batch because it freezes really well and then we can use it all summer long. Simply pour the concentrate into a gallon freezer bag and place flat in the freezer until set. You can measure it out ahead of time and mark the bag so you’ll know how much is in a few months later. I like to freeze it in different sizes so I can have small sizes to sip on the porch and larger sizes to feed a thirsty crowd.
See how easy it is to make Homemade Lemonade!
Can I use store bought lemon juice?
When making lemonade, it’s best to use only freshly squeezed lemons. Store-bought juice can be used in very small amounts in cooking or baking, but when using this much lemon juice in a recipe, you really need the real thing.
Can I use frozen fruit?
Yes! If you choose to use any frozen fruit, you should make sure it is completely thawed before using.
How long will Strawberry Kiwi Lemonade last in the fridge?
Homemade lemonade keeps easily in the refrigerator for 5-7 days. Just make sure you don’t leave it on the counter and always put it back in the fridge after you pour it out.

- 1 1/2 cup water
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cup lemon juice (about 6 large lemons)
- 1 pound strawberry Shelled and halved
- 4 Moderate kiwi fruit Peel and cut in half
- water and ice
In a small saucepan, combine the sugar and water over medium-high heat to make a simple syrup. Stir until the mixture turns clear (it should only take a few minutes).
Place the prepared strawberries and kiwi in a blender. Stir in lemon juice and simple syrup. Blend until smooth. At this point, you’ll have lemonade concentrate, just like the frozen lemonade you buy at the store. You can freeze yours for later use.
To serve, mix lemonade concentrate with ice water to taste. The amount of water you use depends on how strong you like your lemonade to be.
