This thing has been around for a while, but about the damn time I actually came up with a recipe for you! Sweet, fluffy biscuits topped with chocolate gravy. Here’s my idea for a biscuits and gravy recipe!

Did you know that some butters are higher in fat? Why should you care, right? Well, the fat content of butter not only tastes better, but it also works better in baking and pastry making. This is the science part of baking.i used praguera butter In this recipe, to take advantage of their higher fat content in these buttery cookies. The result is a flaky buttery biscuit covered in a gooey chocolate gravy. Now that’s pure deliciousness.
