Leftover Thanksgiving omelets can be made with any combination of whatever you have left in the fridge, and can be dipped in your favorite gravy or cranberry sauce. Includes stovetop frying, baking, and air fryer instructions!

We’re always looking for creative ways to use our Thanksgiving leftovers. We love a good turkey and cranberry sandwich, but honestly, we’re kind of sick of it. After years of eating only leftover sandwiches, we decided to try other ways to use up those leftovers. Leftover pizza on Thanksgiving is definitely fun, but we’re more interested in leftover egg rolls. Customize your egg rolls with your favorite Thanksgiving food and they’re sure to be a hit!

Favorite Thanksgiving Leftover Omelette Combo:

Feel free to make any of our favorite combinations, or experiment and make your own! Some of our favorites include:

  • Turkey + Stuffing + Mashed Potatoes in Gravy
  • Ham + Yams soaked in gravy
  • Turkey + Cranberry + Stuffing

Dessert options:

Grab leftover pumpkin or apple pie and wrap some of it up! Wrapped, fried and topped with caramel sauce and whipped cream.

Air Fryer Instructions:

Generously spray the wontons with oil and fry at 350 degrees until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.

Baking Instructions:

Spray or coat ravioli generously with oil or butter, then bake in oven preheated to 425°F for 15-20 minutes, rotating halfway through.

Storage and Reheating Instructions:

These are best eaten fresh, but you can store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in an oven preheated to 375 degrees until heated through.

  • 2 cup cooked, chopped turkey
  • 2 cup Mashed potatoes
  • 2 cup filling
  • 2 cup cubed, cooked ham
  • 2 cup yams or sweet potatoes
  • 2 cup Cranberry Sauce
  • 2 cup Türkiye Gravy for dipping
  • 20 egg roll wrapper
  • vegetable oil for frying

instruct

  • Pour approximately 4 tablespoons of your topping of choice diagonally into egg roll wrappers.

  • Brush the edges of the wrapper with a little water. Roll and fold the wrapper, taking the outer corners one at a time and folding them inward, pressing down lightly to make sure it doesn’t come loose. Leave them flip side down until they are ready to fry.

  • Heat cooking oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat to 350°F.

  • Carefully drop the raw omelet into the hot oil, flip side down.

  • Fry for 2-3 minutes, until the surface is more golden in color, turning the oil occasionally.

  • Remove and let excess oil drip onto paper towels, then cool.

  • Dip into gravy or cranberry sauce and enjoy!
