This roasted cauliflower is easy to make and brings out the best flavors in cauliflower. Everyone loves this easy, healthy side dish!

Really, all vegetables should be roasted. While we love a lot of vegan recipes that don’t include baking, we’ve never quite like them. Roasting gives the cauliflower just the right amount of browning and crispness that’s simply delightful. Honestly, it steals the show from the main course half the time, but maybe that’s just us. We love veggies from the Full-time Chef’s family, and it’s not hard to see why once you try this parmesan, lemon, and garlic combination.

Health Benefits:

Cauliflower is rich in fiber and B vitamins. Fiber can help lower cholesterol levels, control blood sugar, and is high in phytonutrients and antioxidants, which many believe can help fight disease.

What does cauliflower taste like?

The flavor of the cauliflower is not strong, very mild with a hint of nuttiness. That means it brings out the flavors of the seasoning well. This recipe does a great job of enhancing the natural flavors of the cauliflower, with amazing Parmesan, lemon, and garlic flavors.
